VoTech maintains several alliances with key specialist organisations to support and extend its service provision:

 

Sir Lawrence Wackett Centre for Training & Certification, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology - Agreement with Professor Nelson Chen and Dr Arvind Sinha for training and certification of Aero Engineers to qualify for CAR 35 Certification for Commercial Airlines signatories. Also, LAMEs to train for currency of various aircraft and engineering sign off.

Defence Industrial Security Program - Defence Security Authority enables vetting and certification of forms for candidates requiring security clearances without the need for Tier 1 sponsors, namely: Boeing, Tenix and the like. Facility Security Officers (Bob Scott and DFSO Maurice S Sikorski) are appointed

La Trobe University Faculty of Engineering for Training Programs in Communications & Control Systems (IAW IEAUST) – Agreement with Graham Rathbone, Senior Lecturer in Electronics, for training and accreditation of engineers for Systems Engineering Management and Project Management. Further, for occasional high level testing for which industry cannot justify buying instrumentation, VoTech can contract La Trobe for this service.

James Cook University (JCU) - Dr Simon Willis and Associate Professor Cornelius J Kikkert, from the Electrical and Computer Engineering school have designed and developed a transceiver hardware, an RF power amplifier and receiver isolation network for JCU’s Mote technology. VoTech and JCU have entered into a memorandum of understanding to explore synergies between their two organisations in terms of the PIDMS DataMesh design and development of a long - range wireless sensor node.
