Maurice Sikorski

Managing Director and Principal of VoTech System Engineers & Developers Pty Ltd. Mr Sikorski has undertaken Tender Preparation, Tender Evaluation, Business Development, System Engineering Management, Contract Management, Project, Financial and Risk Management tasks.  He has in excess of 20 years experience in the Aerospace Industry, including design and development of un-manned piloted drones. Mr Sikorski also a wealth of experience in commercial management, administration and the negotiation of high value, aerospace contracts, and mobile telecommunications, complex export contracts, and commercial arrangements with Australian, United States, United Kingdom government agencies, Prime Contractors and Original Equipment Manufacturers.

 

Richard Santo (B.E. Mechanical Hons)

Mr Santo is an experienced Senior Executive, General Manager/Director Human Resources and Operational Manager, in both global and domestic markets, large and medium sized manufacturing companies (Aerospace and Petro-Chemical), IT/Software development, Industry Association and consultant on Management, Human Resources and business improvement. Twenty-two years Human Resource Management experience has been gained with international organisations including Exxon Chemical and Rockwell International and nationally with ASTA (Aerospace Technologies of Australia) and the Australian Industry Group, AiG, Adacel Technologies, that followed senior management operational experience in the petro-chemical industry. Currently a member of AHRI.

John Howell (PhD Engineering Science, University of Western Ontario)

Dr Howell has forty years of Engineering and Management experience spanning construction and site management with Leighton Contractors, specialised consulting with Ove Arup, Vipac Engineers and Scientists, Sinclair Knight Merz, ETRS-HRL and others, as well as university lecturing and research at UWO Canada, Bath University UK, Melbourne University and RMIT. He also brings to the Company considerable international business experience, having worked in the UK, Germany, Canada, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Guinea, New Zealand and Singapore.

 

Trevor Pitkin (B.E. Mechanical, Adelaide University)

Mr Pitkin has held a wide range of Engineering and Management roles over a period of thirty years, including process plant maintenance and capital works with Kaiser Stuhl and Sola International, specialised acoustic, vibration and lighting consulting and testing with Vipac Engineers and Scientists, and systems engineering and integration for the open cut mining automation and automotive production line test set markets with Niksar Australia. He has extensive experience off shore, having managed regional offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, and has played a key role in strategy development throughout the latter part of his career.
